Climate goals will create 3.5 million new jobs in India by 2030 and 30 million by 2050 and most jobs will become green jobs. But a skilled groundforce to fill these green jobs does not exist. Monsoon Academy will create a groundforce that fills this gap, driving sustainability transitions.
Monsoon Academy is an innovative learning platform dedicated to building the human capabilities needed to drive sustainable and climate-resilient futures. We combine cutting-edge knowledge, practical skills, and peer learning to empower learners—from public officials and early-career professionals to aspiring climate leaders—to address the critical challenges posed by a changing climate.
